Sunday LIFT classes have been a part of my program since its birth. Here are my top three reasons why they work, and why you should implement them in your women’s program.

Childcare. MOST people have Sunday’s off of work (minus yours truly) so there is a spouse at home for childcare.

There is not a rush to get to work so the ladies tend to stick around for clothing swap, gym coffee, and chatting to get to know each other better.

The rigid schedule folks ( ex: tues/thur only) get to mingle with all the rest of the animals and make nice.

I highly suggest implementing this in your schedule. Clients getting to know other clients grows your community and brings the existing one closer.
